Episode 7: Marlene Warren

Hello and welcome to Sinister the true crime podcast where we discuss the nitty gritty details of the world's most notorious crimes and general mysteries.

In today's episode we will be discussing the case of Marlene Warren. On the 26th of May 1990, Marlene was having breakfast with her son, Joe, and a few of his friends when a clown arrived at the door with gifts.

Shortly after, the nice surprise turned sinister when the clown fatally shot Marlene. This pushed a long term investigation to and the question, "Who was the killer clown?" Was it a disgruntled employee? The husband? A neighbour in her picture perfect neighbourhood? Who was dressed up as a killer clown on that frightful morning?
