In this episode, Haylie Pomroy welcomes Dr. Lubov Nathanson, Associate Professor at the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University, for an insightful discussion on epigenetics and the powerful role lifestyle plays in it.

Dr. Nathanson defines epigenetics from a clinical perspective, unpacks the flow of genetic information, and explains the deep connection between environmental influences and gene expression. She highlights how many diseases represent an epigenetic response, and why lifestyle choices and diet can be true game-changers in improving long-term health and wellness.
