098 | The Evolution Gap and Decluttering

Hey friends!

Humans have not evolved to easily get rid of clutter. We think we need it to survive; that's what our instincts tell us every time we attempt to get rid of stuff. We have second thoughts. We talk ourselves out of it. This is because that is what we have evolved to do...survive. Your instincts are right on. But since we know that we no longer need all this clutter to survive, we actually have to let logic step in and save us.
