It's rock flute time…again! This time we are going into the hot tub time machine to go back to record the only race report missing from our Swimrun/Podcast journey: California Swimrun 2018. This was our first Swimrun and a fitting look back as we celebrate our 300th episode of the show. Joining us in the hot tub to talk all about it are race directors, OG Swimrunners, and friends of the show Sean Durkin and, the Godfather himself, Andy Hewitt.
