91. Consensus Statement on Return to Sport w/ Clare Ardern

Chris and Sam sat down with Clare Ardern to discuss all things return to sport. Clare is the Editor-in-Chief of JOSPT, the Journal of Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy, Physiotherapist, and researcher currently based out of Vancouver, British Columbia. We focus the conversation around the paper titled, "2016 Consensus statement on return to sport from the First World Congress in Sports Physical Therapy, Bern" in which Clare was the lead author. We discuss: The spectrum of return to participation all the way up to return to performance, defining success across multiple stakeholders, shared decision making, the StaRRT Framework, assessing readiness, ACL specific RTS considerations and timelines, and future priorities and directions.
