" What could the payoff possibly be for all of this garbage in my life !!!! WHY would I want to live like this .!!! It's not my fault !!! ...." The truth is... There is a pay off... and your mind is tricking you by telling you a different story in the world so that it can continue to get that payoff behind the scenes ... This is why the ego shouts loudest as it's about to be fully exposed ... so prepare for that ... But know in your heart .. that No one does nothing for no reason ... lol !! There is a reason .. and asking what emotion we get from the unwanted behavior we do .. or allow ... is the key to connecting with it within yourself .. thereby releasing the power from the external source you originally attached it to ....
