Exponential Growth Week: Are You Proactive or Reactive?

I was recently in a masterclass with Melanie Ann Layer and she made a statement that has really stuck with me. "In the beginning, before I made this transition in my life and my business, I realized I was navigating my life as a response." We are business owners because we are leaders in our own unique way. Then our lives become a hamster wheel hustle, moving from day to day and task to task. Think about that leader inside you. What do they want to do? What do they want to initiate? Take time to reflect on whether you are living your life as a response. Consider ways that you can initiate and lead instead. Exponential Growth Week: We're doing things a little different at The Found Podcast this week of Thanksgiving 2022. Each day this week, I will be delivering a new mini podcast straight to iTunes or Spotify to give you a short burst of inspiration in what we're calling Exponential Growth Week.
