Dr Nasha Winters, Dasha Maximov, Kayla Osterhoff - The PowHer Program - Redefining Women's Health Optimization

In this episode, I got the privilege to speak with three powerful and badass women who are incredibly driven into working together to fix the gap in women's health through a masterful program they created called PowHer, designed uniquely for women, by these three talented women. We talk about how finding the right partners has made this huge task remarkably effortless, how amazing their inner synergies have come together, how each of their strengths complements the other. It's just so great to see women coming together and creating something that is not built out of any amount of competition. Just ease and beauty it's truly extraordinary. Listen to the episode. Meet this week's guests: Dr. Nasha Winters A global healthcare authority and best-selling author in integrative cancer care and research consulting with physicians around the world. She has educated hundreds of professionals in the clinical use of mistletoe and has created robust educational programs for both healthcare institutions and the public on incorporating vetted integrative therapies in cancer care to enhance outcomes. Dr. Nasha aims to bring integrative, bio-individual care to the women's health community and beyond. Dasha Maximov Dasha is a yoga teacher, health coach, and founder of WhealthCo. As the Director of Health Coaching for the PowHer Program, her goal is to impart to clients and other coaches the habits that are required to make long-lasting change in health happen and to bring forth the idea that health is not reductionist, but a symphony of cascading events and things in our bodies the create an environment for disease or for health. As the Director of Research and Development for the Women's Health Organization, she aims to use their pilot 12-month women's health cohort program (PowHer) as a vehicle to help bridge the gap in women's health research and build the evidence base for high quality women-centric health care.
