Ken Jackson is an IFBB professional bodybuilder, winning his pro card in 2011 at the North American Championships. In 2021, he won the overall League Legion's Sports Fest master division. Before bodybuilding, Ken played football for the University of Michigan—a part of the National title team (12-0) in 1998. He owns Jax Fitness and Fit Foods RX. A long-time friend and training partner of John Meadows, Ken is a Team Granite Athlete for Granite Supplements.
