IFS as a Spiritual Practice with Gabby Bernstein

IFS as a Spiritual Practice with Gabby Bernstein

On today's podcast I talk with New York Times Best Selling Author, Speaker and lover of IFS Gabby Bernstein.

For over fifteen years, Gabby has been transforming lives—including her own. The #1 New York Times bestselling author has penned eight books including The Universe Has Your Back, Super Attractor and the latest, her first Audible Original, You Are the Guru. In her weekly podcast, Dear Gabby, she offers up real-time coaching, straight talk and conversations about personal growth and spirituality with unique and inspiring guests. What started as hosting intimate conversations with twenty people in her New York City apartment, Gabby has grown into speaking to tens-of-thousands in sold-out venues throughout the world. Gabby was featured on Oprah's SuperSoul Sunday as a "next-generation thought leader." The Oprah Winfrey Network chose Gabby to be part of the "SuperSoul 100," a dynamic group of trailblazers whose vision and life's work are bringing a higher level of consciousness to the world. The New York Times identified Gabby as "a new role model." She co-hosted the Guinness World Records' largest guided meditation with Deepak Chopra, and appears regularly as an expert on Today and Good Morning America, among other publications. She connects with her community through her books, her podcast, her Miracle Membership, the Spirit Junkie app, social media, digital workshops and e-courses, and live events. I was thrilled when I found out about Gabby and heard her speak in such a clear, understandable way about IFS. I had to have her on the podcast and am so thankful that she was open to do it. And, that she turned out to be such a warm, kind, and lovely person.

It is amazing when we find people talking our same language outside of the IFS community and that is what I thought about Gabby.

I highly recommend you check out her website which is full of free resources. On this episode I mention her TED talk and her Super Soul Session which can be found on YouTube.

Check out her Dear Gabby Podcast- it is so good.

We spoke about a meditation that I did for her miracle membership- you can join this group on Facebook and through her website.
