Nadine Machiskinic; SASKATCHEWAN

Nadine Machiskinic was an Indigenous woman found dead at the bottom of a laundry chute in a Regina, Saskatchewan hotel in January 2015. Her death was ultimately ruled accidental, however a review by Saskatchewan RCMP determined that the investigation into her sudden death did not meet professional policing standards in Canada. Listen to episode 42 as we discuss Nadine's tragic death and the investigation that followed.
