The #1 Thing That's Getting In Your Way of Success

The science is simple.

Our habits, good or bad, rewire our brains. When we repeat a behavior, like complaining, over and over again it charges those neurological connections to make complaining easier and automatic. The more you complain, the more your brain rewires itself for negativity.

Complaining takes us out of our strongest energy and it doesn't lead us to answers….only more things to complain about. Complaining doesn't solve problems, it's just an attempt by our egos to get some validation.

If complaining is so bad for us, why do we do it? From a young age, we are taught that it's a socially acceptable way to bond with family, friends, and even strangers. For some of us, we thinking venting will make us feel better.

Let's be honest, sometimes we want to host a big ole pity party. But there is a way to bond over shared pain that will lead to comfort, and complaining is NOT it.

Complaining is absolutely keeping you from making progress, from achieving the things you want to achieve. This episode is filled with tangible tips that will stop complaining dead in its tracks.
