After training 2 weeks every other day on the same uphill by doing 5 minutes of intense riding and 2 minutes of slower riding repeated 3 times. Furthermore I'm correcting an error I introduced in episode #10 - Falt ≠ steep. I had the wrong time in mind of which was my fastest lap on this particular uphill. So there was actualy an improvement caused by the flat interval training !
