SIA Movie AUTISM Admitting She Was Wrong! (MY Thoughts)
So Sia has said sorry to the Autism community and also deleted her Twitter account after a series of unbelievable events. The Australian singer has become and a fire because of a movie called music that she had released featuring Maddie Ziegler as the main character in this movie the only caveat is the main character is an autistic girl. I did a video all about how not using an autistic person to play the artistic character was a bad move and also the way in which Sia went about researching and understanding autism for the movie was not acceptable and was really bad. In the video explain how Sia went off on people on her Twitter account calling people names and shutting people down who are just asking simple and justified questions about the process in which she was creating this movie. Needless to say there are some disturbing scenes in the movie and she has responded about the scenes and deleted a Twitter account because of the backlash she was getting from the community. At the very least she has apologised to the Autism community but I think there needs to be more done than that.

I AM LONELY (Autism Loneliness)
I have been feeling super lonely lately and, I’m not sure if I’m expecting too much from people? I had this realisation that I was very lonely. Now I know autism comes with loneliness as a feeling, due to many factors. But autism loneliness has been intensified by the covid pandemic and the lock down rules. I was talking with my girlfriend about this, and I feel i have friends that I can talk to over what’s app and FaceTime / zoom but, I don’t have a closeness with them to discuss things of personal matters. Then we realised I don’t have a friend In my life that I can talk to about things like this. But is it because I am asking too much of a friend? Or is it that I am not opening up enough to friends, and that in fact my friends would listen.
