Africa: A Pilgrimage of Purpose, Pain, and the Power of Love

In this week’s episode, I share a story from my 40-day African safari — a trip that became a living initiation into gratitude, heartbreak, and grace. From walking through village roads to meeting the Maasai tribe and visiting the Maasai Girls Rescue Center, this experience revealed the real medicine of love in action.

We talk about what it means to witness pain without turning away, how presence can heal the past, and why love — not money or words — is the most powerful form of service.

This is a story of reverence, awakening, and remembering what it means to be human.
