As we get older , testosterone and growth hormone levels naturally decline, making recovery harder and training loads tougher to handle. I'm briefly explain the science of aging for cyclists, and explain how Masters athletes should train differently to keep progressing.

  3. Smarter, more age appropriate intervals

  4. Fives Ways your Training Plan should be masters specific -
