About Heather:Heather Smith supports healing and transformation through Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy and Psychedelic Integration Therapy. She helps clients connect with their inner healing intelligence to move toward greater clarity, confidence, and calmness—especially those healing from childhood trauma. A Certified IFS Therapist, Heather has completed Levels 1–3 and advanced IFS training programs. She integrates IFS with psychedelic experiences, recognizing how altered states can reveal parts of the self that are ready for healing and transformation.

Heather has trained with MAPS, Compass Pathways, and Fluence, and currently serves as a therapist on the MAPS Expanded Access study of MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy for PTSD at the Aquilino Cancer Center in Rockville, MD. Passionate about education and harm reduction, Heather shares insights on the safe, intentional use of psychedelics and the power of IFS as a pathway to deep healing. She envisions a future where these tools are legal, respected, and accessible for those seeking true wellbeing.
