Why Did Anxiety In Lockdown - Mental Health

Dear friends,

• Good evening ,today we are indulged in the difficult situation. With this situation we are creating depression, anxiety, pressure, stress as we can't get what we want? Now we are missing to go to the hotel , restaurant for dinner or parties, to enjoy life with friends, missing meetings, speech programs, listening music, songs in the hall, watching films in the talkies, going to the market, relatives homes, celebrating weddings, marriage ceremony, going to the temple, singing bhajans with friends, doing meditation with all collogue, enjoying birthday parties, going to the tour. I am explaining it here because you may be forget all these activities. As we know the story of lion. How lion became sheep in the company of sheep. It maybe happen with us, if we will live in the same situation.
• Anyway in this situation we are missing all these things and creating anxiety. In so many families small kids are engaging with screen and after some time they are creating anxiety or anger.
• If anyone's wishes are not getting to complete or maybe he is in depression with his unwanted memories he will create anxiety. Anxiety is not coming suddenly in front of us. It has been coming in our life with the past karma. How it has been transfer in our life I have explained it in my audio. Please listen it carefully and send me message.
