Abigail (Abby) Williams and Liberty (Libby) German were murdered in February 2017 in Delphi, Indiana. The girls were able to capture video footage of their suspected killer, yet he has still not been identified, found, or convicted. If you or someone you know has any information regarding the case, please send an email to abbyandlibbytip@cacoshrf.com (all information will be kept confidential).  It is extremely important that we share the video, audio, and sketches from this case so we can identify Abby and Libby's killer.
