Caitlin recalls her experience representing Australia at the 2019 World Cross Country Championships in Aarhus, Denmark going into mental preparation strategies and who she hopes to race against at Bathurst. She takes things back to when she got into running as a junior, out in regional South Australia and shares the culture and training structure within Team Tempo, wrapping up with her plans for the year ahead and how she unwinds away from running and teaching.

Julian tags along Ellie’s workout ahead of World Cross Country Trials. Brady’s also making progress in rebuilding fitness, with discussion on how to fit in doubles. The World Cross Country Trials at Stromlo Park took part, where the first 3 finishers in the Open 10k races secured automatic selections. Jack Rayner took it out after Matt Ramsden took the initiative early, with Brett Robinson coming third. Rorey Hunter, Andy Buchanan and Jackson Sharpe followed in the subsequent places, while their spots on the team are in contention.
