Liam described his father's focus on status and money, his own struggles with school, and the emotional toll of his father's unpredictable behavior and alcoholism. Liam's father was often critical and unsupportive, leading Liam to seek therapy to detach emotionally. Despite his father's initial support during Liam's son's birth, their relationship deteriorated over a name dispute.
