Propósitos
In this video, we talk about setting goals for the new year. We suggest that it is important to focus on the positive aspects of the past year and to avoid regretting or complaining about the past. Instead, we recommend setting “propósitos” or purposes for the new year. For example, if one’s goal is to improve their Spanish, we recommend imagining oneself speaking Spanish fluently and feeling proud of their progress. Drawing is a helpful way to visualize one’s goals, as the brain remembers images and colors better than words. Even if one is not a good artist, we encourage them to draw anyway, as it is a personal exercise that no one else will see. This is a great video to watch if you’re looking for inspiration and guidance on how to set goals for the new year. 🎉If you want to go further in your learning process, look no more and schedule a 1-1 meeting with us clicking here:https://spanishuptoyou.com/calendar Also join to our Facebook group and practice with us and other students here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1060202928664269/
