Be That Girl (BTG) was initially inspired by the "that girl" phenom we're seeing all over social media. As it has evolved and as I have involved, I've realized that being "That Girl" means just showing up and trying everyday, even when you're sad or not at your best. Throughout this podcast, we will discuss all things that you feel inside but are too afraid to speak out loud because you fear no one can relate. In reality, we are not as alone in this world as we think we are and I hope that you find safety within this space.
