Divergent Files

If a story feels a little too neat, too certain, or too conveniently wrapped up, I usually have a hard time leaving it alone.

That’s really how Divergent Files started.

I’m Ralph, Marine Corps Veteran, and Creator of Divergent Files. I’m not here because I think I have all the answers. Most of the time, I have more questions than I started with.

I just like digging into the stories that make you stop and wonder if there might be more going on than we were told.

Ancient civilizations. Human origins. UFOs and UAPs. First contact. Lost history. Strange science. Declassified documents. Government secrets. Archaeological anomalies. And sometimes the bigger questions hiding underneath all of them.

Who were we?
Where did we really come from?
How much of our history are we still missing?
And if we ever discover that we are not alone, what does that actually mean for the rest of us?

I try not to come into these stories with a team to defend or a conclusion I need to prove.

I read what I can. I look at the documents. I listen to the people involved. I try to separate what we actually know from what we think we know.

Sometimes the official explanation holds up.
Sometimes the conspiracy falls apart.
And every once in a while, you end up in a place that is much stranger than either side expected.

That is the part I love.

This show is really just an invitation to come down those rabbit holes with me.
We may not always end up with an answer.
But hopefully we leave with a better question.

Stay curious, stay sharp, and remember:
No matter what they say, the truth is still out there.

Prefer visuals?
All episodes also have a companion video version with documents, footage, photographs, maps, and other visual evidence.
