Decent and affordable housing greatly contributes to the overall positive health status of individuals and communities. The spread of Covid-19 through high-density and unhealthy housing continues to highlight the great need for decent and affordable housing.Habitat for Humanity in the Greater Albuquerque region continues to build new housing for low income families. The organization has also developed a Home Preservation and Repair Program that alleviates safety issues and restores appearances of home exteriors.
