There's a lot of momentum behind the effort to free Eric and Lyle Menendez from prison after 35 years. Today, more than a dozen of their family members banded together outside the Los Angeles criminal courthouse making a very public push for the brothers release. And a couple was swarmed by a pack of Pitbulls right in their backyard, and this was not an isolated case. A mom was also surrounded by the same pack while picking up her kids at daycare. As Les Trent reports, there have been four police reports filed against the dogs’ owner in just the last few months.  Plus, drama at a Jonas Brothers concert as Nick Jonas runs off the stage in a panic...Alison Hall tells us what happened. And it's the time of year for pumpkin patches and hayrides, and for a warning: two boys were killed a day apart in two separate hayride accidents. Steven Fabian spoke with an expert for tips on how to hayride safely. It's been more than 35 years since Eric and Lyle Menendez killed their parents. They don’t deny shooting their parents - but have always said they were driven to it because they were sexually abused for years by their father. Tomorrow, there will be a very public call for their release, and among those joining the chorus to set them free is Rosie O'Donnell. The man who was found with a loaded firearm, fake passports, and a high-capacity magazine near Donald Trump's Coachella rally is getting some support from his business associate who's a staunch Trump supporter. As Jim Moret reports, she says “he's one of us” and was not trying to assassinate Trump. Plus, the whole world knows Taylor Swift is a Chiefs’ fan, and maybe she likes baseball too. She and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, attended last night's Yankees game, and didn't go unnoticed by the announcers. And remember Milli Vanilli? Their music is popular again all thanks to the Netflix series about the Menendez brothers. Was it an assassination attempt? The man arrested for possessing guns near former President Trump's rally in Coachella is speaking out. He says he’s not a would-be assassin, and he's all in for Trump. As Jim Moret reports, the man was found with a loaded firearm and a high-capacity magazine near the perimeter of the rally and was taken into custody before the former President ever got there. And Vice President Kamala Harris has released her medical reports, and the 59-year-old is challenging 78-year-old Donald Trump to do the same. Plus, depending on where you are, it's peak leaf viewing season. But hitting the road to see the beautiful colors is leading to some chaos - with some sight seers pushing and shoving to get the best view. And it was an unexpected pause for a country star who was playing to a packed crowd. It wasn't a technical problem - he ran out to help his wife deliver their baby in the tour bus. Hurricane Milton may have not been the storm of the century, but it still packed quite a wallop; and no one knows that better than the reporters who were on the front-line keeping America informed while being blown away. And there's one man all of America was rooting for during the hurricane...he's known as Lt. Dan. Yes, after the character in Forrest Gump. He lives on a boat in Tampa, and video of him peeking out from his vessel went viral. Since he wasn't evacuating, many assumed he was a goner...but we're happy to report Lt. Dan survived the storm. Plus, as expected, Donald Trump wasn't impressed with Kamala Harris' interview on The View...but it wasn't just his political opponent he bashed at his rallies...it was also all The View co-hosts. And today, they hit back on live TV. And embattled music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs appeared before a judge today as he desperately tried to get released on bail before his trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He had lots of family support as his mother as well as six of his children showed up entering court hand in hand. Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Millions in the path of Hurricane Milton are evacuating, leading to many areas looking like ghost towns - without a soul in sight. As Steven Fabian reports, officials have a stern message for the handful of residents staying put: you're on your own. While millions are driving away from the storm a woman is driving right towards it! When she found out her grandmother was in danger, she drove more than two thousand miles, all to save granny. Plus, it's a late-night cold one for Kamala Harris as she and Stephen Colbert crack open cans of Miller High Life - also known as the “champagne of beer,” and the crowd went wild. And the war between country superstar Garth Brooks and the makeup artist accusing him of sexual assault is heating up. In his initial court papers, Brooks referred to her as Jane Doe, but now he's using her real full name. But as Les Trent reports, she's hitting back. Brooks denies all allegations of wrongdoing. As Hurricane Milton barrels towards Florida’s Gulf Coast, millions are evacuating, leading to major gridlock. And after getting some criticism for her lack of sit-down interviews Kamala Harris is on a media blitz. The vice president appeared on a number of shows including 60 Minutes and The View - her first live TV interview since becoming a presidential nominee. Plus, after sitting out the last two games, Taylor Swift returned to the stadium last night...and once again she was a good luck charm, cheering on boyfriend, Travis Kelce, who won his fifth consecutive game. And before she headed to the hospital to have her baby a woman stopped at Costco and had a salad with a creamy dressing. Then the morning after her baby was born, a nurse informed her she had tested positive for opiates and her baby was being taken away.
