Big reaction today to the bombshell news that the Los Angeles D.A. is pushing for a resentencing for the Menendez brothers. Plus, five members of a family have been murdered. Gunned down not by an intruder, but prosecutors say, by one of their own. The suspect is the 15-year-old son who allegedly got hold of his dad's silver glock and opened fire. His attorney says these are only allegations and “the law presumes that my client is innocent.” And, that E. coli outbreak being linked to McDonald’s Quarter Pounders is spreading. It's been seven years since two best friends were murdered on an abandoned railroad track in Delphi, Indiana. Now, Richard Allen, the man accused in the killings is on trial.
