Legaski

The Legaski Podcast is a compilation of stories from @the_ski_pt and various guests who have had, or are going through injury, and their journey of returning to the ski hill. Whether you are a professional or a recreational skier, in this podcast you'll find that skiers of all abilities go through the same struggles in the pursuit of returning to the ski hill. It's our focus to provide strategies to overcome the mental and physical barriers of the rehab process, and show that there is hope of returning to the ski hill and doing it at a very high level even after injury!
