We will bust some myths, find out what are the best ways to manage our wellbeing and if all things fail, we will simply manifest our way to sanity. This is a Nexgen Wellbeing Podcast. Nexgen Wellbeing gives young people the platform, resources & support to contribute ideas, initiatives & campaigns that promote youth wellbeing and tackle deteriorating mental health amongst the next generation.
