Every day we face immense difficulties--caring for children & parents; battling addiction; overcoming abuse, illness, and lonliness; struggling in our jobs, marriages, and divorces; and setting boundaries. All of these experiences leave behind trauma. Resilient Moms is here to help women thrive after the devastating effects of trauma and abuse. We aim to unite communities by giving a voice to the silent providing essential research and information to empower survivors, advocates, and their families on their journey to healing.
