Ray O'K is todays speaker sharing on the topic of Step 3, I dont know a lot about this event other than it was recorded in August of 1986 and they went through the steps one week at a time over 12 weeks with Ray leading all the meetings. Ray was a popular circuit speaker for many years and spoke all over the country in the 70's and 80's. It felt like a while since I had put up a full length workshop, so I went looking in my archives and found this one and as it happens, its led by Myers R, if that sounds familiar its because I uploaded a speak by him yesterday. He is not alone in presenting the workshop (Chris R) they do a great job breaking down the book bit by bit, taking a group of folks through the book at Step It Up held in Montgomery Alabama in 2014. Nell Wing is likely someone you have never heard of, she began working at AA World Headquarters in 1947, she is speaking at the first Monterey California Roundup in September of 1993. She tends to verbally wander around a bit but there are some interesting bits of AA history mixed in as well, I was particularly amused by her Ebby story.
