Ep. 68: Welcoming Scott Burnside To The Team!
Another Monday is here and that means we have a brand new episode of The DFO Rundown (pres. by Fantrax). Today on the pod, we welcomed in our newest teammate: Scott Burnside! He's covered the league for almost 25 years and now he's bringing his talents to Daily Faceoff for the upcoming season! They kicked off their chat with Scott by talking about the string of tweets that Robin Lehner sent out over the weekend. That eventually turned into a bigger conversation about culture in hockey and how the NHL has handled the recent investigations that they have had to do. From there, they got into the Jack Eichel situation and got Scott's take on that. They wrapped up their chat by playing a little bit of Rapid Fire to get to know Scott better. Off the top of the episode, they also got into who could be in the mix for the first overall pick at the end of the season. Yes, the season hasn't even started yet and we are talking about who could be tanking. What a time! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Ep. 67: The Canucks Got Their Guys, A Pacific Division Preview, and Penguins Talk With Rob Rossi
A new episode of The DFO Rundown is here to bring you into the weekend! This week's episode was loaded with interesting topics as Gregor and Seravalli started things off by digging into the news that the Vancouver Canucks have gotten their two RFA's signed. From there they got into 'Buy or Sell' and a Pacific Division Preview with Tyler Yaremchuk. In the second half of the podcast, they welcomed Rob Rossi from The Athletic to talk a little Pittsburgh Penguins. The team won't have Sidney Crosby or Evgeni Malkin to start the season and that really makes things interesting as they head into what could be a pivotal year for the organization. Could this be the final year for the likes of Malkin and Letang in Pittsburgh? Rossi gave us some fantastic insight. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
