Who you reach out to is an extremely important decision that you have to make when you are dealing with a narcissist. Reaching out to the wrong person or people can be detrimental to your healing process. People that don't understand what you have been going through may inadvertently become flying monkeys for the narcissist or toxic person that you are dealing with and that could keep you there with a narcissist or in a toxic relationship. How long do narcissists hold on to grudges? Well the answer can vary extremely depending on who you are dealing with. A lot of narcissists can and will hold onto grudges until the day that they leave this earth. They will never let it go because it serves them in some way.
