Episode 59: Eric Hewell - "Normalize Crazy"... Taking on the Tuna 200 Relay As A Solo Runner

When we asked for guest suggestions, we had an immediate response from Dylan Scaringelli and he pointed us to Eric Hewell as someone we needed to talk to. Dylan couldn't have been any more right. In 2021, Eric took on the Tuna 200 Mile Relay as a solo runner and broke the solo course record...all without having ever even raced a 50K. He has since become a UESCA certified endurance Coach and recently had the assist in the Last Man Standing Ultra after completing 121+ miles over 29 hours. But most importantly, he overflows with joy and loves to see those around him succeed. Tune in during your long run to hear why Eric says we should never let the size of a goal dictate whether we pursue it. And huge shoutout to Dylan for making the introduction. Be sure to follow Eric ilon IG at https://www.instagram.com/eric_hewell/ and check out his newly launched site at https://erichewell.run/ Enjoy!
