This Winter Solstice meditation invites you to settle into the stillness of deep midwinter - the darkest point of the year, just before the light begins to return. As you close your eyes and breathe slowly and deeply, let the rest of the world melts away until all that remains is stillness, presence, and peace. I will guide you to feel your inner light begin to glow more brightly, illuminating your future and the new traditional year that lies ahead. ❤️
