112. Chandresh Bhardwaj - COVID-19: Perspective Series Ep 3

This week is our third episode of our COVID-19: Perspective Series. In this episode, we sit down with one of our first DEN instructors, author and spiritual advisor Chandresh Bhardwaj to talk about COVID-19 from a spiritual perspective. Because we are living in a time where there is a collective energy of anxiety, anger and pain, Chandresh talks to us about how it’s now more important than ever to give a conscious outlet to our feelings and expression. For many people, there will be pressure to avoid negative feelings and focus on the positive, but this will actually cause feelings to come back and multiply. So how can we deal with it instead? We talk about how having reverence for both the dark and light energy can help you reframe this experience to cultivate gratitude and trust. This is the time to let go of ego trips and grudges, to respect your existence and mother nature. Chandresh explains how creating this trust will help you to understand your existence beyond the body, and beyond the emotions and thoughts that are running in you so you can realize your own strength. After the episode, Chandresh leads us into a five minute “Who Am I” meditation practice to help you feel more grounded.
