S2E50: Revisiting "Overcoming Resentment": Let go in 2026

S2E50: Revisiting "Overcoming Resentment": Let go in 2026

Friends,

As we bid farewell to 2025 and step into a new year, I revisit another favorite conversation from Season 1: Overcoming Resentment in the Forgiveness Process. The holidays have a way of stirring old wounds and unresolved emotions, and resentment often rises to the surface when we least expect it. As you listen to this episode, consider what it will take to let go in 2026.

In this reflection episode, I explore:

  • Why resentment often resurfaces during the holidays
  • How pushing it down actually strengthens unforgiveness
  • What it looks like to face resentment honestly and gently
  • Practical steps for moving forward in the forgiveness process
  • How releasing resentment prepares you to enter 2026 with freedom and clarity

As Season 2 of Forgiveness is for YOU comes to an end, I share my gratitude for each of you who listen, share, support, and pray for this work. This podcast has been a labor of love, and your presence in this community means more than you know.
