And if you’re a business owner, then you fully understand just how many decisions you need to make on a day-to-day basis. And I’ll be honest, even though I’ve honed my decision-making skills over the years, there are times where I simply just don’t want to make them. Yes, sweet friend. Decision fatigue is a very real thing, and I’ve dealt with it a lot in my business over the years.
