Its ADH'D' Awareness Month and this week, Dr Mine and Paul are joined by Katie Price. Katie is an English media personality, bestselling author, and former model. A mother of five, she was diagnosed with ADHD in July 2023. While on holiday, a relaxed Katie shared her experiences living with ADHD, discussing parenting challenges and the support she has received since her diagnosis. She offered valuable tips for managing a hectic life and spoke warmly about how understanding her condition has improved her self-awareness. Her recent bestselling book, This Is Me, is available at major bookstores.
