What's Rishi Sunak trying to achieve with his rejigged cabinet?

Rishi Sunak has completed his first cabinet reshuffle - a little over 100 days after he became prime minister.

On the Sky News Daily, Niall Paterson asks our deputy political editor Sam Coates about what the prime minister is trying to achieve with the changes and what it tells us about his priorities and why changing government departments can backfire.
