⭐⭐ Rob's 100km Run, Charlie's IRONMAN Training & Recapping Manitoba's "Backyard" Ultra! | TRJ #66

What's up TRJ listeners??

Today we've got an eventful episode for everyone as Rob takes us through his 100 km (yes - 100) run he did over last weekend all the way from Marchand to Winnipeg!

Charlie has kept busy with his training for the upcoming IRONMAN California in Sacramento this October adding another one to the IRONMAN tally!

They also touch on Manitoba's Old Tom Backyard Ultra - pretty much a last-person-standing ultramarathon while doing a ~4.17 mile lap course on a farm. The winner (shoutout Justin Davey) ran 26 laps, just shy of 175km. Absolutely nuts!

Oh - and Happy Birthday to the Tetrault bros this past weekend! It's a big one as Charlie now gets to be the youngest of his age category 🤩
