Iona Ledwidge

Iona is one of the Executive Directors at Resurgo, a social impact organisation, overseeing the award-winning Spear Programme which coaches young people facing significant barriers to employment. Iona also engages leaders in business in how to adopt a coaching approach in their leadership style.

Megan Reilly

Megan is an International Coaching Federation accredited coach at PCC level and has worked for Resurgo, a social impact organisation, for seven years. After working on their Spear and Re-Work Programmes, she now oversees Resurgo’s church partnerships in the North of the UK. Megan is passionate about the church engaging in social transformation in their local contexts.
