35 Weeks, Wicked Feelings & When It’s Time for Couples Therapy

This week we’re back with a full 35-week pregnancy check-in: cravings (ginger snaps, peppermint mocha honey latte, and milk… so much milk), third-trimester symptoms, blood pressure anxiety hacks, and our nightly Lovenox routine that Adam has turned into a workout 😂

We talk about traveling at 35 weeks, what it feels like knowing I’ll be 39 weeks the week of Christmas, and the surprisingly emotional core-memory zoo date we finally got to have.

In Couples Therapy, we dive into the big question: How do you know when it’s time to actually go to couples therapy? We unpack repeating fights, alignment vs. “winning,” and when individual therapy needs to happen first.

And in Pop Culture Breakdown, we go full theatre kid reviewing Wicked: the sex cardigan, Elphaba’s lair, Ariana + Cynthia’s casting, the vocals, the love triangle, Nessa’s arc, and the weird CGI moment we cannot unsee.

It’s cozy, chaotic, honest, and very third-trimester-coded — with our baby boy kicking up a storm the entire time. 💚✨
