Meditation Monday: Slow down and reset

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.

Public Service Announcement - This week Mercury stations retrograde...but we're not going to fear the retrograde. Mercury retrograde gives us opportunity for introspection and reflection, to slow down and really listen. This is a potent time to release all that we want to leave behind and not take into the astrological new year with us. And so, here is a meditation to help you slow down, tune inwards and release what's ready to be let go.❤️

Crystal for this practice: Aquamarine to help you slow down, soften your thoughts, and speak to yourself with compassion.

If you want to begin to remember, reclaim and rise - join us for the New Earth activation ritual for the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction 👉 https://www.kirstygallagher.com/new-earth-activation

It's also so important that we gather in like-minded community at these times, and so gather with your people and know you're not alone. And if you've not found them yet, the Lunar Living Sisterhood is the best like-minded support system you'll find. And we can get together then twice a month to be with each other, support each other, and guide each other in these times on Earth, and know that we came here for these times. 👉 https://www.kirstygallagher.com/lunar-living
