Christal Wang is the co-founder and CEO of Shimmer, a mental Wellness Group support platform that bridges science backed methods like CBT and DBT. With the power of peer support and accountability ADHD can be your advantage. Everyone is born to Shimmer. Shimmer was accepted into the Y Combinator one of the best and world-class startup accelerators. Crystal will share today about the importance of developing key skills and attributes that will help you be prepared and thrive in the future of work.

Christal was pursuing her dual degree in MBA & MPH from University of California Berkeley Haas when she was diagnosed with ADHD & took a leave to start Shimmer. She is all things social impact & consumer — she’s worked as a Consultant at Bain & Co. advising fortune 100 companies on social impact strategy and launched consumer startups all over the world. Now, she’s finally where she belongs at Shimmer where she is helping others make ADHD their superpower.
