Alina shares her fencing career and discusses her experience competing in a toxic environment, ranging from manipulative coaches to having to quit her 11 year long competitive journey. She shares her relationship with battling depression during this time and how she is recovering now. Chloe shares her experience as an Asian American girl in competitive figure skating which entails things from battling the model minority myth to recovering from an eating disorder.
