353 - Challenge - Make £1M in 90 Days!!!

What if you gave yourself 90 days to create £1 million in value from a single property deal?

The model is simple, but powerful:

Source – Off-market opportunities

Stack – Value created per unit

Secure – Cash and bridging finance

Strategy – Purchase → Asset Manage → Refinance → Hold

This particular deal started with the following numbers:

• Purchase price: £3.25M

• Refurbishment: £0

• Occupancy: Low and under-let

The opportunity isn't planning, refurb or development, it's asset management and if executed correctly, this is the type of deal that can create seven figures of value in a matter of months, not years.
