Why Judgement Is the Path to Healing (Yourself and the Feminine) EP 67

This episode was inspired by listening to Oprah’s interview with Kirsten Cabot — the woman caught up in the Coldplay kiss cam moment — and the intense wave of judgement and scrutiny that followed. What stood out most was how much of that judgement came from other women. And when you truly hear her story… it becomes clear that much of that judgement was misplaced.

In this episode, I’m exploring how judgement can become apowerful pathway to healing — not just for yourself, but for the feminine collective as a whole. Because often, what we judge in others is pointing us back to something within us that’s ready to be seen, softened, and released.
