Most of us are operating from a place where our hearts are closed without even realising it. Maybe it was heartbreak. Rejection. Failure. Grief. Or simply life not unfolding the way you hoped.

In this episode, I'm exploring why we instinctively close our hearts to protect ourselves and why that's the very thing that keeps us from experiencing life fully.

Inspired by Michael Singer's teachings in The Untethered Soul and Living Untethered, we explore the concept of samskaras, the trapped emotional energy we carry when we resist fully feeling our experiences. Learning to release these trapped emotions allows us to live with more freedom, peace, and love.
