Mindstead founder, Marie Leznicki, has always cared deeply about human potential and personal growth. Having benefited from counseling, coaching, and complementary approaches herself, Marie wished more people had access to the exercises, worksheets, and activities used in one-on-one sessions without the stigmas and challenges of time and cost attached. And, with that, the idea for Mindstead was born.

Marie and I talked about the development of the website as well as how self-help tools can serve as a bridge to move potential clients from hesitant to ready to make the call for therapy. The marketplace provides an opportunity for therapists to sell digital self-help and self-growth tools and activities without having to do any of the marketing.
